A Lolcat for Stephanie!

In the comments to this post, Stephanie said the only shortcoming to my other wise sane discussion was that it lacked a custom made lolcat. Now, I’m willing to forgive her for that “sane” comment if she forgives me for writing so much without providing a suitable midrashic-moggie. So here it is:

And one more, just for the heck of it.

There, my debt is paid.

I don’t know why I keep readin’ your damn posts. This cat stuff gets old. But hell, if I am not drawn back again and again to your insanity.
Besides, I was once on your blogroll, but now I am off.
I still can’t get the cat-speak — I should put a link at the top to your dictionary or guide to understanding your Cat Creole.
For instance, what does “… was gud noms” mean — I got the rest.
And what does “There, my debt paid.” mean?

So, what percent of your followers come here because:
    a) to see the cat pictures and never really get what you say?
    b) are friends or students and understand your inner insanity
    c) are like me, drawn to some addictive yet consciously discernible meta-message
    d) just come because others come

Oops I was shuffling a load of links to different categories and then decided I didn’t like it so I moved them again and then decided I would eliminate some that were not being updated very often and yours got muddled up with the rest. Sorry about that.

There my dept paid should have an “is” in there, I’m referring to the penance I had to do for not including a cat in the past post as Stephanie thought I should have.

“noms” = food. I think from the Peter Sellers movie The Party when his character is trying to feed the birds with bird food he calls “nom-noms”. It is also kind of onomatopoeic for munching, eating etc.

    lolspeak 101

I have no idea why people come here. I get 50-100 hits per day from google searches for “Tyrannosaurus” I think some of the fossil and dinosaur images I put up over the summer are now in the first several pages of google image searches for T. rex.

of course I forgive you – you insane git! ;-) and mounted and framed.

Sabio – of course without an ounce of sanity in my blood let alone the esoteric wisdom of yours, of course I only come here for the cats. Jim’s witfully unwise rollicking banter is just honey on the tail. But how can such an ignoramus like me try to comprehend anything without pictures even if they’re old and decayed like me?

btw I may be on the ittywitt conservative committee but i’m their token misfit – there must a black hippy kitty runt in there somewhere. :-)

Thanx Jim. Suggest you throw that link at the top of your blog.
Like Stephanie — I keep comin’ back for more — must be that it touches my inner craziness.

Hey Steph, why not throw up a blog !

Jim — could you turn on the function that allows us to follow a post’s comments with e-mail rather than having to stop back in each post to see if replies are left.
Thanx ! (or am I missing something?)

Got to fly – nom nom time !

On the left side bar you can subscribe to the posts or the comments via RSS. No idea how it works. I don’t know what RSS does, but if you click it all the comments come up. Is that what you are looking for?

    I hate the the internet.

  7. Dr. Jim Says:

I tried the settings and this thing is supposed to support sending emails when people reply to your comments, but I can’t see how the commenter can chose to have that happen…

Is it a matter of this template/theme?

  8. Sabio Lantz Says:

Yeahhhhhh !!! It looks like you turned it on !
    Good job.
    Or was it just me?
